zahnbeitel [the sickrose project] is an attempt to explore unseen dimensions of sound, music, and noise. the concept, known as concrete multi-core noise, is open to all possible influences; it creates new tension between complete arbitrariness and perfect sense (concettismo), between violence and subtlety. various intellectual and artistic sources create a spectrum of noise, industrial, death, and avant-garde.
music, art, and performance will form one homogenic experience; the music and sound sculptures are produced first and used as a starting point. more literary works, video, 3d animation, installations, and spatializations will be added later.

• the first studio album zahnfleischtrieb is being pre-released on our web page (see tracks). there will be a cd release of some kind.
• a live/performance album krachplatte (featuring döring/müller/schäfer) will follow in the near future.
• in addition a concept album klangereignisse is being produced. it is a collection of n ultra-short to short tracks on one cd which is designed to be played using the randomizer function of a cd player (playing them from 1 to n is possible, but much less interesting). thus each time the listener plays the cd a different work will be created. see tracks for preview.
